Sunday's schedule-December 12th

Hello Parents!

We are so excited that the Kids will be performing this Sunday! Just some important information:

Be at church and have your kids signed in at Kids Crossing NO LATER THAN 8:20 am! Then meet in the Autrium Room. Please be on time. A smooth morning run through will make a big difference! Please put your child's name sticker on their back so it will not be seen in pictures.

Wear red, black and white in any combination OR any Christmas outfit would be fine. Please do not go purchase something special unless you want to!

Practice begins in auditorium at 8:30am. If you are staying to watch the practice, please stand off to the far left of the auditorium or in the balcony so we can get the kids into the auditorium with minimal distractions. Thank you. The kids will then stay with us until service begins.

The morning worship schedule will look like this:

"Not to Us" finishes, Pastor Greg comes to stage.

Alexis can get in place as soon as Greg comes on.

Greg has people seated.

Kids can start filing in as Greg does Welcome.

Greg finishes and kids sing both songs.

Kids will be checked into Kids Crossing right after they are done singing by volunteers. Please do not leave service if you are attending 1st service.
You will need to pick up your kids after 1st service and report back to the Atrium Room at 10:50 to prepare for 2nd service.

You may pick up the kids from the Atrium Room when they are done singing 2nd service. If you are attending 2nd service, please let us know if your kids need to go back upstairs to Kids Crossing.

Someone will be taking pictures and we will post them on a website for everyone.

Final practice

Final Practice went great today!  Please remember to be at church by 8:20am next Sunday (the 12th) to practice on stage. Wear red, black, or white and Practice, Practice, Practice!!!

Just a reminder the Last Practice is this Sunday at 10:25- if you get there early, we will start early!
Make sure you are practicing with your kids at home! Our guitar player will be with us for practice this week.
Please let us know if you have any questions!

On the day of the performance (Dec.12th), the kids will need to be in the Atrium Room downstairs by the front doors by 8:20am. This is 10 minutes earlier so we can get them lined up for the run through. The run through starts at 8:30am. The kids will be performing right after the 1st worship song, so it is important that everyone is ON TIME! Ty to wear red, white or black for the performance.

Childrens Choir- December 12th

Hello! Mrs. Sandi and Mrs. Katie will be organizing the West Ridge Children's Choir for the December 12th service!
In order to participate, the children must attend 2 of the 3 rehearsals and the morning of practice.  The schedule is as follows:

Sunday November 14^th- 10:25am

Sunday November 21^st- 10:25am

Sunday December 5^th- 10:25am

Sunday December 12^th- 8:30am

All practices will be in the Kids Central Room to the left of the elevator.

On the day we are singing, we ask that the children wear red, white and black colored clothing. Not all colors are necessary, but if you can stick with just those three- that would be great!

We encourage you to practice singing these song with your kids through the week- car time can be great practice time!

We will be posting the songs to this site. As additional information comes up, we will add it here also.

What keeps you involved with Kid's Crossing? What keeps you connected with this ministry?

Hi Volunteers! I am excited to start this blog for YOU! I want to give you a place to share your thoughts, wins and ideas with each other. This will be an avenue for us to use to help encourage each other and to get ideas as we strive to make a greater impact on the families and kids close to us. Please share positive information and advice and enjoy reading others.

At times there may be a question for you to think about and consider that will help you as you prepare for sunday mornings with your small groups.
